Our sites are home to owners who live part-time or year-round. Owners/investors have the opportunity to join our rental pool, which expands the possibilities for your site.

All sites have 30/50 hookups with sewer and garbage provided by the park. Our current electricity supplier is Lane Electric, and our intranet provider is Elevate Technologies, owners are in charge of these two amenities.

Our nicely kept resort has a Lodge for gatherings complete with a big screen TV, WI-FI, games, and coffee. We also have a laundry room, a small pond, a dog park, and walking paths.​

The HOA fees are $215.00 per month.

Property taxes are approximately $380.00 per year.

$500.00 Transfer Fee to the Park.

Lot sizes vary, with an average of 1500 sq ft (25×60).

Highway 126 connects Eugene and Bend, 45 miles east and 70 miles west, respectively. Conveniently located ¼ mile from McKenzie River, ½ mile from Tokatee Golf Course and 38 miles from HooDoo Ski Resort. Excellent fishing, hiking, golfing, birdwatching, and skiing.

Takoda's Restaurant and Blue Sky Market are less than a mile apart for food and gas. The McKenzie River is a 5-minute walk from the office.
